Margrethe Buskerud Christoffersen

Christoffersen wrote her doctorate thesis “Sale and purchase of businesses”, related to the sellers responsibility for breach of contract, in 2008. She has worked as a business lawyer at the Norwegian lawfirms BAHR and Thommessen for 15 years. She now works at the Institute for Private law at the University of Oslo, with corporate law and contract law.
